Christmas Ornaments and a Snowglobe

I made these three cards today using the Build-A-Bauble stamp set from Lizzie Anne Designs. The greetings on all cards are from another stamp set, from Lizzie Anne Designs as well.

These cards are for my upcoming card class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. This class is scheduled for:

Tuesday, December 9th, 11 am to 2 pm
Sunday, December 14th, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm

To sign up for the class please call Cranberry Hill Mercantile at 408-736-9151.

First card measures 3 3/4" x 9.

To make the ornaments on this card, I first cut the layer of scrap cardstock to the same size as the top layer on the card. Using Pink Circle Punch from Marvy I punched out the circles where I wanted my ornaments to be. I then used it as a mask and sponged red, blue and green ink inside of the openings. Removed the mask and stamped images from the Build-a-Bauble stamp set over the inked circles. Stamped the wire parts of the ornaments. I stamped the Christmas Tree brunch from Inkadinkado "Cool Christmas" stamp set on the perimeter of the layer and then sponged green ink all over. Stickles on the brunches.

Second card measures 3 3/4" x 9".

This card is pretty simple, but I love how it turned out. It actually looks First I stamped small snowflake from the same stamp set, sponged blue ink on the sides of the layer. Put Crystal Stickles on the snowflakes. I punched out three circles from various printed papers using Pink and Blue Circle Marvy Punches, layered them on the top of the card and attached ribbon. That's it!! Easy!!

Third card measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4".

I finally got to use my new Nestabilites, this is a Labels 2 set. LOVE IT!! I made a snowglobe using the stamps from the same stamp set. Image was colored with Copic Markers. Snowflake was stamped randomly on the blue layer and I then sponged blue ink on the sides. I stamped the same snowflake using White Craft Ink on the green border as well as on the Snowglobe stand.

I really like using the same stamps to achieve different results. Challenging at times, but that what makes it more fun!!
