It is hard to pick the right stamp for the masculine card.. For this card I decided to go with a newly released Palm Tree stamp from Hero Arts, KS401. I wanted my card to have a tropical feel.. The scenery background was created by sponging with Distress Inks and then I stamped the Palm Tree three times over it. Layers were cut with Nestabilites.

All the supplies used to design this card are available for purchase at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. If you do not live in the area, you can call the store at 408-736-9151 to place your order over the phone.

Bazzill Cardstock and Creative Imaginations designer paper. Lighthouse scenery image is from the clear stamp set by Inkadinkado called Down by the Seaside. Shells that are stamped on the background layer are from the clear stamp set from Crafty Secrets called Seaside. I used Distressed Inks to stamp the images and to sponge the edges.

I am not sure if you can see it on the photos (please click on the the pictures for enlarge), but the center image layer has been embossed with UTEE and looks glossy in real life.. very pretty!! if I can say pretty about masculine card ;-) Then I colored with Copics on the top of embossing. Just a hint of color, not too much..

All the supplies used to design this card are available for purchase at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. If you do not live in the area, you can call the store at 408-736-9151 to place your order over the phone.
