Cupid Marci Heart Shaped Box

I am so very happy with the way my project came out!!  This project features one of our NEW stamps CUPID MARCI!  Cupid Marci stamp comes with TWO Sentiments too, I used one of them today.  The other sentiment says "Hugs and Kisses".  Pretty awesome!!  You can BUY Cupid Marci Stamp Set in our online store, click HERE.

Did you know that you can now buy Cheery Lynn Dies in our online store?!!

I made the heart shaped box using Heartland America Large Die by Cheery Lynn Designs for the top and the bottom of the box.  This is actually a set of TWO dies - one is the intricate heart doily die and the other one is the background layer (which can be used on it's own as well if desired)!!.  LOOOOVE it!!

On the top of the box there is another die from Cheery Lynn - Fanciful Flourish.  VERY pretty!!

Kiss the Frog

This card was so MUCH FUN to make!!!  I can't even look at this little froggy without having a chuckle!!

Most of the elements on this card were created with my Silhouette SD machine - Heart Banner, KISS playing card, chain border and the Frog!!   The Frog and the playing card were done using the Print and Cut feature - LOVE it!!

To give the frog more weight, I cut out three more shapes out of plain white cardstock and glued them all together.  Since I ended up coloring the sides of the shapes in black, next time I am just going to cut these out of black cardsctock instead..

I also want to show you how this printed Frog looked like before I added some more color to him with Copics..

HUGE difference!!  I also gave him the googly eyes and crowned this little Prince with Tim Holtz Crown die cut!!

This card is one of the projects for my upcoming January Workshop!!   To see other projects please click HERE.
