Halloween Blog Candy

This post will remain on the top of my blog until this Friday, October 24th. For more recent posts, please scroll down..

What is the better time for the candy then Halloween? Even if it's not real candy, but a Blog Candy instead.. I would actually go for these goodies over candy any time ;-)..

Another reason for the Blog Candy is to celebrate a new milestone for my blog. Now it is rated at #345, that means that my blog has moved into a higher ranking and is now showing in the 301-350 bracket on Stamping Top 50 website. (I know it doesn't show 345 on my blog yet, but it does on their website and should be updated on my blog within a few days..) Updated 10/21 - Oh, look, it is already at 337!!!

This is what I have for the Blog Candy this time:

Oh, sorry.. Cat is not included ;-)

But here what is included: Stampin' Up Simply Scrappin Kit - Just Delightful (with cardstock, printed paper and tons of cardstock stickers), Halloween and Christmas stickers, tons of Prima Flowers, some ribbon, Raining Tilda stamp (used by me only once). Plus I will stamp for you 20 Tilda and/or Edwin images of your choice. Cranberry Hill Mercantile sponsored the package of the pink Paper Frills and the clear stamp set by Stampendous with so many different greeting !!

And here is what you need to do to enter:

- We are going to play a little Treasure Hunt this time.. Please visit the Cranberry Hill Mercantile's blog, here is the website http://stamponover.blogspot.com/ . Check out my classes there, whenever it says "with Irina" in the title, those are my classes. Then leave a comment on my blog under this post and let me know which one of my classes you would take if you lived in the area.

- If you are one of my students and already take my classes, please leave a comment under this post and let me know what type of class/es you would like to see in the future.

- To receive a second entry into the blog candy, please mention my Blog Candy on your blog and leave a second/separate comment under this post.

If you don't live in US, not a problem. I will ship internationally!!

I will pick the winner at around 8 pm PST on Friday, October 24th.

Good luck to all!!

Hugs,

:) Irina

WOW!
It's quite hard to pick one or even 2 classes because they are ALL incredibly amazing and I think that they inspire a lot of people. If I lived in your area I would love to take all CLASSES but most of all I would take "Introducting Sarah Kay! with Irina" (because it's so lovely and I'm dreaming that maybe one day I will be able to make this card for my sweet babygirl) and ofcourse I would like to take class "Penny Black Halloween with Irina" (because I just adore CATS).
And I would like to give thanks to you because your works inspire me. I so wish to have possibilities to tke your classes but I live toooooooo far from you, in Estonia where such kind of things as scrapbooking and cardmaking are just in the beginning of their way.
Oops! Sorry for so long comment! But I just like to talk sometimes =)

P.S. By the way sorry but I don't have blog to be able to link :(

Hi there...I would take all but the halloween because I don't celebrate it. I would take the Cuttlebug and ScorPal class because I love those butterflies, the Happy Birthday because I love the little chicken coming out of the cake and I want to learn to color better with my Copics. Also the Cuttlebug and Nestabilities class because I want to learn how to use the Nesties.

I would take the cuttle bug class and the Happy Birthday card class, because they are so colorful. All of our locally owned scrap/stamp stores have closed and I really miss taking classes. I wish you were closer!

Wow! I would definitely take the Happy Birthday class - one, would like more practice using these copics I have sitting here, but especially two, those designs look so great and colorful for little children -- I am always needing kids' cards and never know what to do to make them look like they're for kids instead of grownups. Your samples are so much fun!

I would take your "Fall Tilda" class. Congratulations on meeting you milestone. Your cards are just beautiful!

Anonymous said...

Hi Irina,

I've been thinking about which classes I like best and you make it so hard because I haven't taken a class from you that I didn't like. Of the more recent classes I love the witches and Tilda halloween classes. I also love the box class, the scor-pal clas even though I have a hard time getting it right but the look is fabulous. See how hard this is for me? You know that I love all of your classes. I could mention the older classes too but I don't think that's what you want right now. You're upcoming birthday class is adorable and I love, love, love the upcoming scor-pal and cuttlebug class. It reminds me of the elegant cards you began with. Oh so diffcult too choose.

What I'd love to have a class in is airbrushing with copics. I saw that you can even do easter egss with the air brush. That's my suggestion. Otherwise just keep on doing what you're doing. You're a fabulous artist.

Hugs,

Sylvia

I'd love to take any of your card classes. They all look fun. But if Ihad to choose just one, it would the Fall Tilda Cards.

Anonymous said...

This was a difficult choice because I would probably take them all! I really like the Kodomo cards so that would probably be the one I would take (with the Scor-Pal Boxes and More coming in a close 2nd!).

Anonymous said...

Irina, you create so many wonderful cards that it's always hard to choose which class to take! Since I have to travel so far to take a class, I try to take one that features a completely different technique each month. I really loved the Christmas cards you designed using the cracked glass technique. Congratulations on your continued success!
