I was asked by a few of my students to come up with the cards for the class using Cuttlebug and Scor-Pal. I actually had a very productive day today ;-) and got to make not just one but three cards!!
I had hard time taking photos of the cards tonight though. I guess even with the spotlight lamps there is not enough light at this time of the night.. I can only show you this card right now, and will have to take the photos of the other two again tomorrow morning when the sun is up with the better lighting.
This card measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4".
I used white and metallic bronze cardstock for this card. On the white layer I first scored three lines with Scor-Pal on the right side, and then ran the left side of the layer through the Cuttlebug with Scrip embossing folder. The maple leaf was heat embossed with Copper Embossing powder (this stamp is from Inkadinkado).
I love how elegant this card looks and how easy it was to make it.
As I mentioned, this is one of three cards for my "Scor-Pal and Cuttlebug" card class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. This class is scheduled for:
Tuesday, November 4th, 11 am to 2:30 pm
Sunday, November 16th, 11:30 am to 3 pm
To sign up for the class, please call Cranberry Hill Mercantile at 408-736-9151.
