Graphic 45 Desk Tidy

I have seen these very CUTE Desk Tidy things on so many blogs lately.. There is a tutorial on how to make one on Whiff Of Joy blog, click here.

So.. I got an idea and ran with it ;-) I wanted mine to hold regular A2 size cards and envelopes.. I created my own template and used absolutely GORGEOUS Graphic 45 paper from the newly released La Romance collection. This desk tidy will hold quite a few cards, and the pocket on the back is just perfect for envelopes, postage stamps, a pen, etc..

This will be my Make-and-Take project at Cranberry Hill Mercantile in Sunnyvale, CA. We will make a desk tidy and four cards during this Make-and-Take.. It is scheduled for:

Thursday, February 25th, 11 am to 7 pm
Saturday, March 20th, 11 am to 5 pm

Please bring scissors, your favorite adhesive and pop-up dots. All other supplies will be provided.

$25, 20 participants max

Sign up is not required, but is highly recommended. Supplies are limited!! Please call Cranberry Hill Mercantile at 408-736-9151 to sign up.

As you can see, I took A LOT of photos of this project.. but still.. it looks SO MUCH BETTER in person!!! I am VERY HAPPY with the way this one has turned out!!!

I went for a collage kind of look using Tags and paper from the same Graphic 45 collection.. Can you believe it there is not stamping on this project at all!! Other supplies used: EK Success Flower punches, EK Success corner punch, Marvy Urchida scalloped cirlce punch, Spellbinders Fancy Tags, Mark Richards pearls.

All the supplies used to design this project are available for purchase at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. If you do not live in the area, you can call the store at 408-736-9151 to place your order over the phone.

Hugs!!
