A Butterfly..

This is the third card for my upcoming "It's not all Black and White" card class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile in Sunnyvale, CA. We will make three cards in this class. All of the cards will feature heat embossing and watercoloring along with other techniques. To see the other two cards for this class please click here and here. This class is scheduled for:

Sunday, Feburary 14th, 12 pm to 3 pm

Please bring your Cuttlebug (if you own one), your favorite dry adhesive and foam tape (pop-up dots) to the class. All other supplies will be provided.

$30, 10 participants max.

Class Kits are available until February 14th, $35 each.

Please call Cranberry Hill Mercantile at 408-736-9151 to sign up for the class and/or purchase your kit/s.

This card measures 6" x 6".

I took a side view photo of this card as well so you can see the embossing on the background layer.

Both the flowers on the background layer and the butterfly stamp are from the same clear stamp set by Inkadinkado. Butterfly was colored with pearlascent watercolors. I created my own mask to dry emboss the script only around the butterfly, LOVE this effect!! I then sponged yellow ink around the butterfly to let the image stand out even more..

All the supplies used to design this card are available for purchase at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. If you do not live in the area, you can call the store at 408-736-9151 to place your order over the phone.

Hugs!!
