I stamped the background and then cut it out with circle Nestabilites. Corners are the Cuttlebug die cuts and I added dots with Sakura Gel pen on them for the sparkle. Patina and Crystal Stickles on the Background. White Gel pen, Sakura Clear Star pen, Gold Zig Painty and a hint of Patina Stickles on Tilda. Paper is from BoBunny.
