Halloween in La-La Land

Our Halloween stamps are HERE!!!! I am so excited!!! Just in time to start making Halloween cards!! Check them out in our La- La Land Crafts online store, here is the link. Also wanted to remind you about our September Shipping Offer, you will find the details when you visit our online store.

If you live near Cranberry Hill Mercantile in Sunnyvale, you can purchase my Halloween stamps and the stamps from the first release there as well. They got them all already!!

Today I will show you my first card with the stamp from La-La Land Crafts Halloween Collection, I started with Trick or Treat Lala.. She is just so adorable!! I really love her hairstyle and the mask, so much fun to color!!!

This card was made for our La-La's Weekly Wednesday Challenge on our La-La Land Crafts blog.. This week's host is Kathy Page, here is what Kathy said about her challenge:

"This week's challenge is Distressing. When I came up with the challenge I noticed a few people were distressed but that does not count!! haha
Distressing can be done in a number of ways ~ tearing, sanding, inking or with a distress tool!!"

To see the details and to enter please visit
our blog, here is the link to the challenge. Also, while you are there make sure to check out all the gorgeous samples our Design Team and our Guest Designers had made!!

This is also one of the cards for my upcoming "Halloween in La-La Land" card class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. We will make three cards in this class, still working on the other two and will post them as soon as they are done.. This class is scheduled for:

This card measures 6" x 6".

Quite a few things are going on on this card ;-) . Designer paper is by BoBunny and it already has the bats and the fence on it as a part of the design. The piece on the inside of the card that coordinates so well with the front is from the same 12x12 sheet of DP.. isn't that just great and make it so much easier to put things together!!! I sponged the "moon" with yellow ink..Distressed the edges of the layers and sponged with Grape ink from Memento, folded the right top corner and put the button with the twine bow on there. Orange DP behind the layer is also from BoBunny.

The Haunted house on the front of the card as well as on the back of it is a Shaped Die-Cut card from Hampton Arts that I cut apart. These cards sold out so fast!! I am sure glad I bought enough for my class!! I put some of the orange DP on the back of the house for the window and then added some Orange Peel Stickles.

Lala was colored with Copic Markers, cut out and popped in front of the house. You can buy this Lala stamp, other Halloween stamps along with the stamps from the First Release in La-La Land online store, here is the link.

The sentiment inside of the card is from JustRite Halloween set, I used 1" and 1 3/8" and 2" punches for the circles.

Hugs!!

Irina, Your Halloween card is sooo cute!! I love the your new images!! I have to tell you that I bought the cards that you used and was going to return them, because the windows are not cut out right. I think I'm going to have to get my craft blade out and fix them. LOL!! They look so wonderful and your card!!
