Angel Marci Candle

I've seen some stamped candles on the blogs.  I've heard people saying that it is VERY easy to do.  I've never tried it before.  This is my first one!!  And let me tell you, it IS very easy to do!! It actually took me longer to decide how to embellish my candle than to make the stamped image on it!!

I made one with our Angel Marci as she is a very fitting image for Christmas.  Snowflakes are from the old Stampin' Up set (sorry, don't remember the name of it).  Marci was colored with Copics.  Snowflakes were stamped with Distressed Ink.

This is one of the projects for my December Workshop.

December Workshop is scheduled for:
Saturday, December 17th
10 am to 6 pm
in the Crop Room at Scrapbook Island in San Jose, CA

This Workshop is by invitation only.  If you would like to attend but did not receive an Evite invitation from me, please email me at irina_ca@msn.com and I will add you to my email list.

As you see  I used the flameless candle for my project!!  Pure genius, I know!!  LOL!!  You can light up this candle without feeling bad about letting your stamped candle melt down and disappear!!

I used English Tea Party Doily by Cheery Lynn to sit my candle on.  To make sure it is usable, I cut out the circle in the center.  To attach the doily, I used my heat gun to melt it in!

Supplies:
Angel Marci stamp - sold HERE
English Tea Party Doily - sold HERE

Hugs!!
