Elegant Pinecone

I am still at the Stamp in the Hand show in Carson.. This post was scheduled since I just couldn't wait to show you one more card that I made with the new stamps from A Muse!! I love, love, love this pinecone!!! This stamp is so versatile, I am sure I will be using it again!!

This is the second card for my upcoming "Christmas in July - A Muse" card class at Cranberry Hill. We will make four different cards in this class. I will show you the second card tomorrow, but the other two I will have to make when we get back from the Stamp in the Hand show in Carson early next week. This class is scheduled for:

Please bring your Scor-Pal (if you have one), foam tape (pop-up dots) and your favorite adhesive to the class. All other supplies will be provided.

$30, 10 participants max

Class Kits will be available until August 8thth, $35.00 each.

Please call Cranberry Hill Mercantile at 408-736-9151 to sign up and/or purchase your Class Kit/s.

This card measures 6" x 6".

On this card I used my new favorite cardstock, Satin by Bazzill. It has such a reach texture, it almost feels like fabric!! And it looks beautiful embossed!! I used my Scor-Pal to make the frame around the layer first, then scored diagonal lines, after that I made the grid but only on two opposite sides. I also used metallic gold cardstock on this card, it is from Bazzill too.

The two A Muse stamps on this card are Elegant Pinecone, 2-4156E and Seasons' Greetings RM, 9-8577D. Both the sentiment and the pinecone were heat embossed. I applied Golden Rod and Patina Stickles to the pinecone, really LOVE how it turned out!! I couldn't stop with just having this gorgeous pinecone on the front of the card, so I embossed one on the inside layer and also on the envelope.

Hugs!!
