In the Rose Garden

I made yet another card with our Marci with Rose.. I know.. I know.. But in my defense, this stamp is just so versatile!! 

This is the second card for my upcoming "Marci and Luka" card class at Mainely Stampin in Fairfield, CA.  We will make three cards in this class, all different designs.  To see the first card please click HERE. 

This class is scheduled for:

Saturday, October 23rd, 2 pm to 5 pm

Please bring your favorite dry and liquid adhesives, and foam tape to the class.  Please also bring your Copic Markers for your personal use in the class.  All other supplies will be provided.

This card measures 5 3/4" x 5 3/4".

Basic Grey designer paper.  Martha Stewart Border, Grass and Butterfly punches.  EK Success border punch.  Cuttlebug corner die cut. Circle behind Marci was cut with Nestabilites.  Pearls on the butterflies.  Button and ribbon are from my stash.

Upcoming Mainely Stampin' Classes

Just wanted to give you a quick reminder on my upcoming classes at Mainely Stampin' store in Fairfield, CA..

I will be there all day next Saturday, September 11th teaching not one, but TWO classes!!

The first class is a drop-in project class. You can stop by at any time between 10 am and 3 pm and it will take about 30-40 minutes to complete it.. The project is this absolutely gorgeous Card-Folio with two pockets and four cards!! Just make sure to bring your favorite dry and liquid adhesives with you, all other supplies will be provided :-)

The second class is the "Coloring with Copics - Basics" class. For those of you who missed it the first time, make sure to take this one!! As you know, this class is required if you would like to take any other, more advance Copic classes.. I will be teaching this Copic class after taking a short break between two classes :-) We will start at 5 pm and end at 8 pm..

Please bring your Copic Markers for your personal use in this class. The list of Copics will be provided for you upon sign up..

Mainely Stampin' - Upcoming Classes

Just a reminder that I am teaching classes at Mainely Stampin' in Fairfield, CA now as well in addition to Cranberry Hill Mercantile.. In fact, I have THREE classes coming up next weekend!!!

On Saturday, August 14th - in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm, I am teaching "Coloring with Copics - Skin Tones and Hair Colors" class. Even if you are not into making cards/scrapbook pages with "people", it is a good class to take to learn different Copic techniques that you can apply to other projects. You will receive a list of Copics to bring with you to the class for your personal use when you call the store to sign up. This class is limited to 12 people, only a few spots are still available!!

In the afternoon on August 14th, from 2:30 to 5:30, I am teaching "Introducing La-La Land Crafts" card class. We will make three cards in this class, all different occasions with various stamps from La-La Land Crafst and other companies.




Then on Sunday, August 15th from 12 pm to 3 pm, I am teaching a class with this adorable Christmas Matchbox project!!



As I said, the space is limited in all of these classes.. and.. I am in Fairfiled only a few times a month!! If you want to take a class with me, make sure to call Mainely Stampin' in advance at 707-435-9400 to sign up!!

NEW PLACE - NEW CLASSES!!!

I am so EXCITED to let you all know that I will be teaching some classes at the store in Fairfield, CA called Mainely Stampin'. If you haven't been to this store yet, this is definitely something to see!! It is a very CUTE store with an AWESOME WARM people and such an INVITING atmosphere!!! Makes you want NOT to leave!!! When I visited them for the first time a few weeks ago for a meeting, we ended up talking for SIX full hours!!! I had so much FUN!!!

Coloring with Copic Markers - Basics

This is a hands-on technique class. We are not making any cards/projects in this class, we are going to concentrate on learning how to color with Copics.

In this class you will learn basics of coloring with Copic Markers. We will talk about the paper, the inks, what the colors mean, how to choose the colors.. You will learn the basics of coloring, shading and more!!

This class is scheduled for:

Saturday, July 24th 10 am to 1 pm
Saturday, July 24th, 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm

$35, 12 participants max in each session.

Please bring your Copic Markers to the class for your personal use.
