oh happy day!

This is the first card that I made with this new stamp set from La-La Land Crafts, this is Summer Lucky and this set comes with three coordinating sentiments!! Lucky looks so cool and relaxed in his inner tube with a glass of cold lemonade in his hand!! Fun, fun, fun!! :-)

I used this card made by Cheryl as my inspiration and it came together in no time.. well, it took me "only" a few hours to put it together.. I am a pretty slow crafter when it comes to designing my cards. I think it takes me in average 3-4 hours to make a card..

This is the second card for my upcoming "Summer Fun" card class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile in Sunnyvale, CA. We will make three cards in this class, all different designs. We will make three cards in this class, all different designs. To see the first card please click HERE. This class is scheduled for:

Thursday, July 29th, 11 am to 2 pm
Thursday, July 29th, 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Sunday, August 22nd, 1 pm to 4 pm

Please bring Cuttlebug (if you have one), Crystal Lacquer, Crystal Stickles, scissors, your favorite dry adhesive and foam tape to the class. All other supplies will be provided.

If you can make it to the class or would like to make some extra cards, the Class Kits are available until August 22nd, $35 each.

Please call Cranberry Hill Mercantile at 408-736-9151 to sign up for the class and/or to purchase your kit/s.
*Please wait until tomorrow to call the store, they do not have this class on their schedule yet..

This card measures 6" x 6".

My Minds Eye designer paper. "Waves" were made with Cuttlebug border. "Sun" was made with Scallop Circle Nestabilites, I cut the shape first then offset it and cut again.. "Clouds" were made using a template giving to me by one of my friends and they are embossed with Cuttlebug Swirls embossing folder.

Lucky was stamped with Memento and colored with Copics. Sentiment is from the same set as the dog. You can purchase this stamp in La-La Land Crafts online store, just click HERE.

All of the supplies used to design this card are available for purchase at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. If you do not live in the area, you can call the store at 408-736-9151 to place your order over the phone.

Wishes for Bella Blog Hop!

When my friend Erin asked me to participate in the Blog Hop for Bella, I just couldn't say "no"..

This hop is really about a very brave little girl, Bella. Bella is a member of the same gymnastics team as Erin's daughter. You can read the story about this little brave girl HERE. The gym, Bella's school and many members of the local community are working hard to raise money to help the Tucker family. Erin wanted to do something to raise Bella's spirits and let her know that people from all over the world are thinking of her and wish her the best on the hard road ahead she has. We are looking for everyone to shower Bella with cards for the next month. Please help us help her by making and MAILING as many cards as you can to help her smile each day. The mailing address is...

The Bella Tucker Fund
P.O. Box 199
